Click on the button "lees voor" for reading out loud in a language of your choice, and on the horizontal lines for other personal settings.

First click the "Lees voor" button. A toolbar will appear. Click on the translate button in the toolbar. Choose the language you need and then click on the text you need a translation for. You will be guided from there.
